when you are almost an hour away from us, please contact us so that we can welcome you at the gate.
When you get to Pergo (and you see a bar and a pizzeria), turn left immediately afterwards
and continue towards Madonna del Bagno; keep going up until
you see indications for Casa Monaldi (Villa Eugenio).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum stay: 7 nights

Arrival after: 4:00 PM
Departure before: 10.00 AM
Pets allowed
Security deposit: € 500,00 cash payable to key-holder on arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded after inspection on check-out day.
The Depandance cannot be rented alone, only with Casa Monaldi (Villa Eugenio).
All rates are inclusive of taxes, power and water consumption.
Tourist tax not included, if applied by the Municipality where the facility lies.
The heating and air conditioning, they are charged extra according to consumption.
