THE VILLA
Warm and comfortable, the Villa is arranged on three floors and composed of two separated apartments: one bigger with two living rooms with fireplace and satellitar TV, dinner room, kitchen, laundry room, two bathroom (one with shower), 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
The smaller one, accessible by an independent stair on the outside, is composed of a dinette with fireplace, kitchen, living room with sofa and bathroom, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom upstairs. Outside, the glazed gazebo “limonaia” completes the structure, ideal for dining outside in the warm summer evenings.

OUTSIDE
The property is surrounded by an ample and well cared for green area, fenced and furnished with tables and chairs. In a panoramic position, there is a private swimming pool
of 4x10 meters.
A charging station for electric cars has been placed near the “limonaia”.
INSIDE
The house is warm and comforting, furnished in typical Tuscan style. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating and WiFi.
The house has been brought up to standard according to current regulations (installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in kitchens and near fireplaces, as well as the
placement of fire extinguishers).
